1. Check-in Procedure: Please present your valid identification documents (ID Card/Citizen ID, Passport) to the receptionist upon check-in.
2. Check-in and Check-out Time: Check-in time is after 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out time is before 12:00 (noon). Please contact reception if you wish to arrange a late check-out (surcharges may apply).
3. Personal Belongings: Please safeguard your personal belongings, money, and valuable items. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage.
4. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and air-conditioned public areas. Please smoke only in designated areas.
5. Fire Safety: It is strictly forbidden to use flammable electrical appliances (such as electric stoves, personal irons), cook, or use flammable substances in the room.
6. Prohibited Items: Bringing weapons, poisons, explosives, addictive substances, and other prohibited goods as stipulated by Vietnamese law into the hotel is strictly forbidden.
7. No Gambling or Prostitution: All forms of organizing or participating in gambling, prostitution, and other illegal activities within the hotel premises are strictly prohibited.
8. General Hygiene: Please maintain cleanliness in your room and public areas. Do not litter.
9. Noise Control: Please keep quiet and avoid making excessive noise, especially after 22:00 (10:00 PM), to respect other guests.
10. No Pets: For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
11. No Strong-Smelling Foods: Please refrain from bringing durian, shrimp paste, and other foods with strong, lingering odors into the guest rooms.
12. Visitors in Room: Please do not allow unregistered visitors into your room or to stay overnight without registering at the reception.
13. Hotel Property: Please do not move furniture or equipment from the room. Any damage or loss of hotel property will be charged according to the listed price.
